Doston !! i am very much confused for quite some time..and finally i have dared to address this 'isue' with you all..
Everyday, i see news and reports of alarmingly increasing concerns and distress over increasing corruption levels and practices and how the entire system has been eaten away by our leaders, politicians, beaurocrats etc..etc.
Well.. it sounds very assuring and encouraging to note all this..and a ray of hope emerges.. BUT Has INDIA (..i.e we ) really WOKEN UP in its true sense ??
We practise all sorts of possible unfair practices and 'jugad' or 'setting' , if need be..and coolly presume every bit of fairness and justifiability in that. Wwe shamelessly offer 20/- note to traffic constable on rule violation so as not to be served chaalan ( and he is also happy in that) and speed away the vehicle, We plead TTE to allot us 'any' available seat and grease his palm with 100/0 note..and in the same breath curse the same person of dishonesty and corruption..why this dichotomy ??
We have all the time ' chalta hai ' attitude..unless it directly affests us or our kins. we scatter filth on streets..expect Govt to clean up.. we make fraudulent investmonts in hope of fast rich returns and when it fails down.. expect Govt to intervene and compensate, we encroach the plots/shops and when caught..expect authorities to be lenient. we dont dutifully pay taxes..may it be I/Tax, Sales, Excise whatever..and are eager to find ways to avert it ..Coz we feel that whatever (dishonest..although we never look at it.this way )bit..i have been doing ( or rather forced to do so )is OK..nO HARM IN THAT..PERFECTLY FINE.. but my leader should be spotless, honest and clean !!
Dear friends..pl pardon me in saying that in present times in India..we have come to the situation now that HE ONLY IS 'HONEST' WHO DOESNT GET THE 'OPPORTUNITY'..Why we have adjusted ourselves to this level of convenience and compromise.. because we have gone selfcentric, materialist and protector of our interests. we want to lead the convenient, comfortable life at the cost of all compromises and adjustments and we are rather indifferent to others.. So whosoever gets bigger opportunity takes away big cake for himself..(range it to 2000-5000/ lakhs..or crores..or beyond ) whereas small constable is happy receiving 200-500/0 a day..
We are a part of all this.. yet we like to pose as idealist and patriot..though..we like ourselves to remain idle and inactive and expect all others to pursue the cleanliness drive..
Can this 'confusion' lead us to anywhere.. pl clarify my this confusion.. This has become more important in the light of emergence of our strong, competent and honest leader in form of NARENDRA MODI ..but we have to set our homes right first and untill we do that little duty.. we have no right to criticise, condemn or ridicule others.. WAKE UP my dear citizens.. Give a clean hand to our LEADER in cleansing the system.. Amen !!

Very honest expression of today's 'halaat'. 'Opportunism' is the 'mantra' for becoming successful and hence, anyone who gets a chance - makes full utilisation of the situation- available to him/her.
